Who We Are
Keystone Software Technologies LTD ("we", "our", "us") is a company registered in England and Wales. We develop and publish mobile applications for Android and iOS.
What Data We Collect
Our approach to data is simple: we collect as little as possible.
Our Apps
- Photos and notes: Content you create in our apps (such as photos, notes, and reports) is stored locally on your device. We do not upload or access this data.
- Location data: Some apps may use your device's GPS to tag photos with location information. This data stays on your device and is only included in reports you choose to generate and share.
- Crash reports: We may collect anonymous crash reports and performance data to help us identify and fix bugs. These do not contain personally identifiable information.
- Purchase information: If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is handled by Apple or Google. We do not receive or store your payment details.
Our Website
- We do not use cookies or third-party tracking on this website.
- If you contact us via email, we store your message only for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. The only exceptions are:
- Anonymous crash and analytics data processed by third-party services (such as Sentry) to help us improve app stability.
- App store platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play) which handle purchases and distribution.
Data Storage & Security
All user-created content in our apps is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store your personal data. We take reasonable measures to ensure the security and integrity of any data we do process.
Your Rights
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Object to processing of your data
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)
Children's Privacy
Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
