Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application ("App") published by Keystone Software Technologies LTD ("we", "our", "us"), or by accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Use of Our Apps

Our Apps are provided for your personal or professional use. You agree to:

• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify our Apps
• Not use our Apps for any unlawful purpose
• Not distribute or resell our Apps outside of official app store channels

Your Content

Our Apps may allow you to create, store, and export content such as photos, notes, and reports. You retain full ownership of any content you create. We do not claim any rights over your content and do not access, store, or transmit it to our servers.

In-App Purchases

Some features within our Apps may require a one-time purchase. All purchases are processed by the relevant app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) and are subject to their terms and refund policies. We do not handle payment information directly.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our Apps, including but not limited to design, code, graphics, and branding, are owned by Keystone Software Technologies LTD. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Apps without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to ensure our Apps are reliable and accurate, we do not guarantee that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keystone Software Technologies LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Apps. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Apps if you breach these terms. You may stop using our Apps at any time by uninstalling them from your device.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
